Before booking a room online, please read the following terms and conditions:
Check-in/Check-out time
Guaranteed check-in time is 14:00, check-out time is before 12.00.
Guaranteed reservation
A reservation should be guaranteed with a credit card or an advance payment of the 1st night via bank transfer or in cash in the hotel.
A non-guaranteed reservation is valid until 18.00 of the day of the arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the reservation is free of charge on the following occasions:
- during season and low season – prior 24 hours of the arrival
- during high season – prior 48 hours of the arrival
In case of no-show or cancellation after the terms specified there will be a charge of the amount of the first night of the stay.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out
A guaranteed early check-in before the check-in time (12.00) is available at a charge of:
- 0.5 nights during low season
- 1 night during season and high season
Late check-out after the check-out time (12.00) is available at a charge of
- 0.5 nights during low season (check-out time is 00.00)
- 0.5 nights during season and high season (check out time is 18.00), 1 night (check out time is 00.00)
Registration of Foreign Residents
The hotel provides a service of migration registration for foreign residents. The price of the service is 100 rubles.
Transfer Services
We will be happy to book a transfer for you. To make a reservation please fax (+7 (812) 3356888) or e-mail us info@asteria.ru: the date and time of the arrival and the number of flight 24 hours prior to the transfer. The cost of transfer is not included in the room rate. Transfers can be booked only for guaranteed reservations and should be paid in advance. We pay a great attention to the requests of our guests. Each month we have interesting offers as well as packages which are valid all the time. Our offers and packages will make your stay in our hotel even more pleasant and it is a good value for your money.
